After long days walking around the city, it was such a relief to have a comfortable, clean place to come back and rest. Breakfast was delicious and nutritious, too. The staff were helpful when I had lots of questions about places I needed and wanted to visit. Staying here felt like a real blessing.

The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was really good, and the staff were friendly. It's a very clean budget hotel, and close to the center.

The cleaning staff did a very good job, especially given the age and condition of the shower and bath. Still, the hotel needs renovation and new management. The front desk staff seemed annoyed to be there, and we didn't feel welcome at all.

Good price, clean, and in a great spot. The building is dated, but the staff are friendly.

The hotel's in an amazing spot in the heart of Mexico City, but the rooms are dated and dirty, the Wi-Fi is terrible and not secure, and the staff weren't very helpful. They also don't speak English, which is difficult in a service job. I went to the lobby for a replacement keycard. The staff chatted about other things, asked for my room number, forgot it, then asked again. They never checked my identity before handing over the new card. That's a huge security concern.
