Hotel Seoul - In Mexico City

After my first night, I told reception I was going away for three days to see the volcanoes. I had paid for eight nights, October 1st to 9th, 2025. When I came back, the hotel had evicted me and taken my clothes out of the room. They gave me another room and returned some of my belongings, but my A4 copies of my documents and cash pesos were gone. They'd been with all my other clothes. The hotel is unsafe.

I chose this place because I could walk to the airport the next morning, which took about 70 minutes. It's close to the airport and felt like a solid, acceptable, safe option for a short visit. My room had no window, but that didn't matter to me.

I had a nice stay after all. The hotel is handy for the heart of México City or the airport. I wasn't keen on the area where many homeless people sleep on the street, but seeing lots of police patrolling there made me feel a little relieved. I'd recommend the hotel.

The bathroom was very classy, and the room was comfortable. There was no AC in the new room, but thankfully they lent us a standing fan. Check-out is 20 minutes to 1pm, and they call to remind you. When we first got to our room, the bed looked unmade, as if someone had slept in it. They quickly gave us another room, but as we passed by, we saw they had just fixed the bed. It's kind of gross when they can't be sure it was only someone who forgot to make it properly.
