The location worked perfectly for our weekend, on a quiet, tree-lined street and just a short walk from great restaurants, taco shops, and other things to do. There’s also an EcoBici station a block away. Our room was spacious and clean, with a clean, adequate bathroom and a nice private balcony. The linens were top quality, and the hotel was stylish, quiet, and private. The property is staffed around the clock by kind, informative people. They arranged an airport pickup, which was worth the money and made getting to the hotel easy since the driver knew exactly where to go. We slept in and missed the included breakfast, though it smelled great. We loved staying at Hotel Villa Condesa and will absolutely be back.

We were very happy to come back to the charming, nicely decorated interior. It’s a quiet hotel with a lovely location close to restaurants, and the hotelier was very accommodating. Breakfast was very nice, and the place was comfortable and reasonably priced. Mexico City can be hectic, so this was a lovely respite and a great base for walking to good restaurants.

My mom loved the room and the whole experience. I had to book at the last minute because she was on her own, an older adult, and couldn’t access her phone, so I was worried about her. The staff were so supportive of her and patient with me when I called regularly to check in. Hector was incredibly kind and caring.

The rooms are comfortable, and there’s room to unwind in the common areas too. We enjoyed taking our time over breakfast and having drinks in the garden in the afternoon. The team helped with all our questions and arranged drivers for the airport transfer. We were about a 10-minute walk from great places like Contramar, Azul Condesa, and Odette Bakery. Villa Condesa really feels like a home away from home, and I highly recommend it.

A beautiful, carefully put-together place in a great spot near restaurants, cafes, and shops. The staff were amazing and attentive to detail, taking care of everything and making me feel at home. Five stars.
