The location in Confesa is hard to beat. Paseo de la Reforma, Roma, and Chapultepec are all walkable, with lots of restaurants and corner shops nearby. There's even a very good walmart about 15 minutes away on foot. The apartments are stylish and comfortable, with good beds and an equipped kitchen. Unlimited drinking water was a big bonus in Mexico. This is my favorite place to stay in CDMX.

After a day out exploring the city, the roof terrace was a lovely place to unwind. The hotel is beautiful and well placed near plenty of good restaurants and attractions. Staff were friendly and made us feel at home right away. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I'd recommend it to everyone.

The staff made us feel well looked after throughout our wonderful 4-night stay. The front desk was friendly, and the team responded quickly and helpfully to anything we asked on Whatsapp. The room had plenty of space for our things, a fridge and stove, and a comfortable bed. The hotel is central and easy to get around from, and access to the laundry room was handy. We could hear a lot of noise from other guests because sound echoes through the hotel. Some people came back from partying at night, clomping on the stairs in high heels at 3 AM, and there were loud conversations late at night too. A couple of times we had to ask people to keep it down. Maybe guests could be reminded to be considerate during sleeping hours. People enjoy a new city in different ways, but many of us get up early to explore. We booked a ground floor room because that's what was available, and I wouldn't choose one again. It was dark, with little natural light, and felt damp and musty whenever we came in. We couldn't really open the windows for privacy, and even laundry hung up overnight was still wet the next morning. Hot water ran out a couple of times while we were showering, and a safe in the room would be a helpful addition. The architecture does protect the hotel from street noise, though next time we'd book a higher floor further in advance.

Eumir at the front desk and Aime the housekeeper looked after us so well. They even made a special effort to have our room ready before check-in. I'd stay again.
