10/10
I’d happily stay here again. The room had a wonderfully comfortable bed and plenty of space, and the property was well maintained, with lots of amenities. The hotel’s presentation was polished, and I found the overall attention to detail strong. Service was consistently welcoming and professional. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were attentive throughout. A few little things could be better for a hotel presented as five-star: the carpet felt dated, the bathroom trash can was broken, and the iron and ironing board looked worn. The shower cap box was empty too. These small oversights didn’t take much away from an otherwise very enjoyable visit.

If you’re visiting Lomas, Santa Fe, or Bosque de las Lomas, this hotel is in a perfect spot. The concierge, Celestino, was fantastic, professional, and incredibly helpful.

The room was enormous, with a great city view, blackout curtains, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom felt like its own separate suite. The gym was fully equipped, and the spa looked fantastic. We had delicious meals at the restaurant, liked the open-kitchen setup, and enjoyed the bar’s drinks. It was also handy to walk straight into the mall next door for shops and dining. From arrival on, the service was warm and helpful. Live Aqua Urban Resort Mexico City made for an A+ stay, and I’d definitely come back.

My wife loved this beautiful resort. I’d recommend visiting.

The rooms are beautiful, but the service is absolutely terrible. Expect to call the operator 5-10 times before anyone picks up. Getting anything delivered to your room in a reasonable time is a struggle too.
