The sheets had blood stains, and management was very unresponsive through booking.com. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, I couldn't sleep because music from two different venues was insanely loud until 3 or 4am. It sounded like two parties were happening right outside the window. Do not stay here!!!

The rooms are comfortable and nicely sized, and I'd recommend the place despite a few problems. The facilities and location are great, with a good balance of convenience and space. It's well connected to main transportation services and close to the trendy, upcoming Condesa and Roma areas. Communication wasn't great. My room wasn't ready when I arrived at the specified check-in time. To get a room key, you have to leave your official ID, which felt excessive given the security and identity theft concerns. The alternative is a 500 pesos cash security deposit. I think this should be explained in advance. Sound isolation isn't very good, so the kitchen and living room can get noisy, but the rooms face the back of the building and I had no trouble sleeping.

The location was great, but the parking space was too tight to get into, and the rooms need maintenance.

The hotel is really nice inside, but the two nightclubs or bars across the street are an issue because the sound isolation is poor. I'd suggest bringing good earplugs.
