For what I paid, I expected to be treated like a guest, not like I was asking for a favor. The staff kept giving us different versions of the house rules and changing them as they pleased. At this price, I’d consider a hotel that can properly accommodate a group and its needs. The way this was handled felt very unprofessional.

There are restaurants and street vendors all around, and lots to see within a few blocks, including Temple Mayor, Place de Bellas Artes, the Latin American tower, and Zocalo. The apartment-style hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were kind and friendly. It’s only a few blocks from the zocalo. I’d highly recommend staying here.

There’s plenty to explore on foot from the Zocalo, with Templo Mayor just one block away and more historic sites than I could list. Head south for pricier stores or north for local merchants and markets, and there’s no shortage of places to eat or shop. The apartment is spacious, modern, and has everything you need. It also has round-the-clock security, a good elevator, strong wi-fi, and a lovely rooftop terrace. Excellent stay!

Right in the heart of Zocalo, this modern apartment is roomy and quiet. It was clean, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended!
