The room was supposed to have sound, but all we got was the TV. We also had to ask twice for toilet paper, and they never brought us towels. We rented a room with a pool for 15 people, and right from the start the chlorine smell was overwhelming. After about 20 minutes, we were getting allergies and irritated eyes.

We left within three minutes of arriving. My boyfriend and I were given an uncleaned room, with tissues containing semen on the bed. They moved us after we called to report it, but what we'd seen made us lose confidence in their cleaning. We asked for a refund, and they refused to listen and said no. Do not come here.

The first room was dirty, with used tissues and suspicious substances on the sheets. My boyfriend was so disgusted by the germs that we spent only three minutes in the replacement room after calling to complain. They apologized and switched us, but we still wanted a refund, which they denied. We also complained on Instagram and got no solution. The hygiene was disgusting.

There weren't towels in the rooms, and even after we asked, none were brought. No toilet paper either, and the audio and Wi-Fi didn't work properly. We rented the room with a pool because the location and photos looked promising, but I wouldn't return. The pool had far too much chlorine. All 15 of us started sneezing and coughing minutes after getting in, and the next day we felt awful, with nausea, vomiting, headaches, and severe burning and irritation in our eyes, faces, and bodies. We could barely open our eyes. We went to a doctor, who said the prolonged chlorine smell had caused an allergic reaction and badly irritated our airways and eyes. We were told to take allergy medication because it was unbearable. Our whole bodies smelled like chlorine, as if we'd washed our clothes and poured a bottle of it over ourselves. The odor was so strong it lasted two days, even after washing repeatedly. I sent proof of my prescription and messages from friends who also felt sick after smelling it for so long. The only reply was, “Next time they'll give me a freebie,” which wouldn't fix anything. We could have been seriously poisoned or even gone blind from all that chlorine. We paid to get sick, and it could have been much more serious. I hope they get shut down. The service was terrible.
