It was easy to step outside Nokal and wander through the lively, tree-lined neighborhood. The staff were welcoming and helpful with recommendations, and we were very happy with the accommodations and service. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so good.

Nokal Exclusive Stay asked me through booking.com to cancel my June reservation because they couldn’t host us. Their reason was vague and seemed suspicious and unprofessional, and I don’t understand why they asked me to cancel instead of doing it themselves. The message said that an unforeseen situation beyond their control meant they couldn’t host guests on the reserved dates. They apologized, offered to approve a free cancellation, and asked me to submit the request through my account, promising to approve it immediately. It was signed by Andrew Muñoz, Director and General Manager. I reported the matter to booking.com, and due process will take its course.

We spent a week here in April and enjoyed every day. The Cuauhtlah room, the green suite with a balcony, had loads of space and everything we needed, including a safe, hair dryer, large bathroom, and fridge. Although it was quite hot outside, the room stayed cool at night. The property is beautifully decorated and well cared for. It’s in a lively neighborhood full of restaurants, across from a small park that keeps things quiet at night. The manager sent detailed late-night arrival instructions and made sure we got into our room. Breakfast staff were friendly and made an excellent meal. Chilaquiles and coffee were a lovely way to start the day. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in Mexico City.

I had a fantastic week at Nokal in June. The boutique hotel faces a small roundabout with a fountain, and the streets around it are lined with trees, attractive houses, cafes, and restaurants. It felt very safe. My room was gorgeous, with a separate living area and lots of thoughtful details. The small team were all friendly and worked hard to make the service great. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the manager spoke excellent English. Highly recommended.

The room was really comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s an easy walk to lovely coffee shops and restaurants. The manager stayed in touch on WhatsApp and was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend it.
