This place isn't awful to look at, and the rooms come with small kitchenettes. But there’s no parking, and the common areas are shared. For a basic room without parking or real privacy, you'd expect a reasonable price. Instead, they're asking 17K MXN per month. For comparison, on that same street there's always at least one apartment of 60m2 or more for no more than 12k Mexican pesos. If you don't mind giving up privacy and paying inflated prices, this is the place for you. The owners will probably hide my comment, but at least it might lower their rating.

They did a great job adapting the old house into small apartments. The interior design is beautiful, and the shared areas have a special feel.
