Novotel Mexico City World Trade Center

I spent four nights here in February 2026 and had a great stay. The breakfast restaurant team made a particularly strong impression. Juan was warm, attentive, and professional, often checking in at just the right time. Whenever I asked for something, it arrived almost immediately. His friendly, efficient service made each morning a lovely start to the day. Thanks to Juan and the whole team for making the visit so enjoyable.

The location was the one good thing about our four-night stay, Thursday through Sunday. The room was tiny, and most of the time the water was only lukewarm, which made showering difficult. Our fridge didn’t work. When I told reception, the man there said he couldn’t do anything. The room was cleaned just once, after we requested it, and they didn’t vacuum or clean the bathroom. The body wash was empty and wasn’t refilled. My husband went to reception, and someone came up and handed us shampoo instead. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Karen made our dinner special with her kindness, humor, and well-timed check-ins. She clearly cares about the guests. This was our second stay, and the experience she gave us is one reason we came back. We’re looking forward to returning again soon.

I was in CDMX for a week while having a medical procedure, and the clinic was just a few minutes away on foot, which worked perfectly. The staff were excellent, and breakfast had a good selection. The buffet team were friendly and helpful. The busy street outside can be noisy. My first room had a bed that sagged badly in the middle, and being on the third floor above Insurgentes Avenue made it hard to rest. The hotel moved me, and that solved the problem. The towels were threadbare, though, which doesn’t feel like four-star quality. I’d describe the place as a comfortable three-plus-star hotel.
