The pool was great, the hotel and rooms were really clean, and I enjoyed the food and my stay. Breakfast service was amazing, and the food was really nice. I also loved the in-room service. It feels like a hidden gem in the area. The problem is the reservations team and front desk. They’re massively disconnected from the rest of the services. Don’t book through the hotel’s own website. Use Expedia, Booking, or another site. I made that mistake and had to deal with rude staff demanding cash and threatening to cancel my reservation if I didn’t respond right away. The finance team was the worst I’ve ever dealt with in hotel service. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere other than their website. They don’t accept major modern credit cards or American Express.

The little touches made our five nights at the Novit feel especially nice. They left coffee and biscuits in the lobby, and there’s a small outdoor area at the back. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location worked well for getting around by public transport, and the price was good. I’m really glad we picked this hotel.

The breakfast setup is worth knowing about: coffee or juice and a basket of bread are included, while eggs or a full meal cost around $365 pesos per person. There’s a bar at the front, a cafeteria toward the back, and a pleasant patio with what looks like a waterfall beside it. We found the staff at reception professional and kind, and I’d consider staying here again. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms clean and nice, and the Wi-Fi was strong. The pool was pleasantly warm, and the gym and pool share a room but have separate areas. Everything was exceptional.

The rooms were great and the service was good. The amenities were just okay, though: the pool was cold and dirty, and the gym was small.

I would have come back because the service was perfect, the food was good, and the location was convenient. But the beds were incredibly hard. Two colleagues staying in other rooms had the same problem, so it wasn’t just me. I can’t understand why a hotel would choose mattresses that firm. It felt like sleeping on a park bench.
