The restaurant food was tasteless, and the portions were small. Bottled water was listed as included on several booking sites, but they wouldn't give me any, and there wasn't even a small fridge in the room. I also couldn't get help sorting out a payment problem involving the plastic surgery package provider I had paid, TopPlasticSurgeonsMexico. The issue came up the night before checkout, when the front desk called demanding more money. During our conversation the WiFi stopped working, making it hard to communicate. The woman was confrontational, tried to lock me out of the room with my things inside, and kept raising the amount she demanded. I pleaded with her to contact my provider since I'd paid them for the stay. She shook her head and swore at me in Spanish. The sign-in sheets she showed me had only a name, with no ID copy, email, or phone number. I found that extremely unprofessional and dangerous for a hotel in Mexico City, where they should know who is staying there. She threatened to call the police, so I told her to do it because I hadn't caused the problem. I waited an hour, but nobody came. It seemed like she was just pretending to speak to them with her phone to her ear. My provider wouldn't answer either, so I took my things and left. The day before checkout, they kicked me out. I believe they treated me differently because I don't speak English and kept complaining about the problems. There weren't many amenities, either. Several websites said bottled water was included, but they refused to provide it, and there was no mini fridge. Avoid this place, even if you speak Spanish.

I had a room with AC for two nights, which covered the basics while I was sick and couldn't leave. I ordered all my meals there; some were good, though others were bland, but at least I had food. There was no fridge or microwave. The WiFi is unreliable right now during rainy season, and the signal drops during video calls. For a quick, short stay, I'd recommend it if basic amenities are enough for you.

The rooms were very basic, with no microwave or refrigerator, and you had to leave a deposit for extras like towels and pillows. When my family came upstairs to visit for two hours during my roughly three-day stay, staff brought us a bill for 1,000 pesos for the extra people in my room. We tried to explain, then agreed to pay for another room, but we still all stayed together in one room for those two hours. The downstairs restaurant food was basic too, so I wouldn't really recommend it.

We paid but ended up leaving because we felt really scared. Our reservation was meant to be changed from two people to three, all women, but Pablo and Griselda wanted us to split up. We didn't agree, and they followed us to the room to make sure the third person wouldn't stay. The service was really bad. Don't rent a room there.
