Be careful with apartment 1003. Gerardo Olvera, the administrator, rents apartments through Booking.com and other platforms, but may deny you access when you arrive. He told me there was a power outage and moved me to a cheaper 3-star hotel across the street. When I asked for the difference back, he got angry. He eventually refunded me, but I believe this is fraud.

I wouldn't recommend Gerardo. He refused to meet us, was very rude, claimed to own the place though he doesn't, and demanded a transfer to honor my reservation. Then he told me to cancel through Booking. From what I see in the reviews, this is how he operates, leaving people without their reservation.
