The staff were very kind and helpful. When someone took our oil and salt from the shared kitchen cupboard, I told the manager. He apologized and even offered his own oil and salt, which I appreciated. They don't provide bottled water or tissues, so be prepared to buy drinking water. Towels are provided, and shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper are in the bathroom. The setup caught me off guard because I expected a regular hotel. It's more like a hostel or shared apartment: the rooms are private, with single beds for one person and double or queen beds for two, but bathrooms are shared, one for everyone on each floor. There's also a shared kitchen and living room with basic utensils and pots if you want to cook. Common areas are cleaned daily around noon, and room cleaning is by request, which seems reasonable. For a work trip to Mexico City, an emergency stay, or a way to save money, it could work well. It isn't really a hotel-style experience, but it's a decent budget option with supportive staff.

I loved it, everything was good and I'd recommend staying here. The only downside was there wasn't a TV in the room, haha.

It's a small, cozy place, though the rooms are small too. Mine got pretty hot without AC, but the little fan helped a lot. Wi-Fi was great and the staff were friendly. The location works well for getting around Antara and Polanco.

The staff were outstanding, always lovely and ready to help, and the location couldn't be better. My room was nice, with a big window looking onto the back garden. As far as I know, rooms 11 and 12, 21 and 22, and 31 and 32 have that garden view. I don't think the other rooms get outdoor views or direct light. The shared bathroom was kept very clean, and most of the kitchen was too. But the drawers, utensils, and fridge weren't clean at all. On the first floor the shower was weak, which made showering no fun, and the internet was frustratingly slow. The one meal I ordered was inedible. Even with those issues, the great location and service made the stay worthwhile.

My room was okay, a bit small, but the balcony was a nice extra. It did have a strange smell, though. The social area was pleasant and the internet was blazing fast. Inside, everything looked clean and new or recently redone. From outside, the place looks great, but the lobby and reception were mostly unattended even though it was Sunday.
