Sonder Los Rios

The 24-hour security made me feel safe, and check-in was seamless. My apartment was huge, clean, and comfortable, and despite expecting some noise, both the street and the apartment were pretty quiet. It’s a wonderful property in a perfect location. Can’t wait to visit again, thanks, Sonder!

We stayed five nights in a clean, comfortable, well-equipped one-bedroom condo on the fourth floor, without a balcony. My wife and I found the positives outweighed two minor annoyances. Some mornings around 6 a.m., voices echoed and vehicles left the lower-level car park, making it somewhat noisy. The three washer and dryer sets are on the bottom floor, so I wish there had been one in the room or at least on our floor. There’s also 24/7 security on the premises.

We were concerned about noise at night, but they provided earplugs and we didn’t even need them. The place is walkable, with lots of restaurants nearby, and the renovated rooms have a nice design. Ours felt clean and secure. Three of us shared a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit on the fourth floor, with a nice balcony. The app and Wi-Fi both worked. We’d read reviews saying it might be cold, but in late February our room was actually too hot. That was the only downside; fans were provided, and opening the windows made it fine. We could see right into the first-floor unit, so I’d avoid that one.

The apartment had everything we needed, with the most comfortable bed and pillows. The building and neighborhood felt incredibly safe. I’d stay here again and again.
