The staff were friendly, and the door is locked during off hours for security. The location was ideal, near main roads but in a quiet neighborhood, and the room had plenty of space, a living room with a sofabed, and a kitchen. At night, one room or guest blasted music after 11PM. I called the front desk, but it took at least 1 hour to get the music turned off. I’m also not sure what happened, but the door lock had been "tempered" before. The toilet leaked, and I had to fix it three time myself. Whoever had "fixed it" before had done a poor job. For the price, I’d stay again unless I found a similarly priced place around there.

The service was always helpful, and they let me use the washing machines and driers. The accommodation was clean with good spaces, and the internet was sort of reliable. It’s in a great location, well connected by public transport, safe, and with lots around. I can recommend it 👍👍

The outside view is a bit deceptive, and I think they could update the facade, signage, and lobby. Inside, though, the rooms are AMAZING: super nice, clean, and HUGE!! Mine felt like a real suite, with a big living area and dining area, an open plan bed space, and big windows. The amenities were above average, with a fan, a decently stocked kitchen with a fridge, and a big walk-in shower. This is based on the one unit I stayed in, though apparently the others are similar. The value can’t be overstated, and I loved the location, within easy walking distance of so many restaurants and the Zona Rossa.

My suite was spacious and clean, with a balcony and a huge smart TV. The wifi worked okay on the ground floor, but on my floor it was slow and unreliable. The area felt safe and fairly quiet, with easy walks to the angel of independence, Condesa, or the pink neighborhood. I recommend it overall.

The neighbors were very loud, and the apartment had several problems from the day we arrived for our 7-day stay. The fans were dusty, the sofa was filthy, and several room lights didn’t work. We told the management team in the lobby about it from day one through our last day, but nothing was fixed. The toilets seemed to have no maintenance, and one bathroom smelled like dirty water. They claim this is a 5-star hotel, but I wouldn’t give it even half a star. Worst experience in Mexico City.
