Ubicuo Mexico City

We loved our stay. The hotel was gorgeous, peaceful, and clean, and the continental breakfast was a great way to start the day. Lots of good restaurants are within a five-minute walk, and many notable spots are about ten minutes away on foot. It's a perfect hotel for couples in Mexico City. We'll stay here again when we come back.

Dani and Richie went out of their way to make our anniversary stay special. We appreciated it so much that, although we were looking at other properties for the next few weeks, we've decided to come back for two more weeks and show our loyalty to this hotel and its staff. The team was the kindest, most generous, and professional I've experienced in a long time. I travel a lot, and I'm grateful for how special they made our stay. The rooms, views, finishes, and amenities were all done with great taste. An incredible stay at one of Mexico City's best boutique hotels.

I was here for two weeks while visiting Mexico City, and the hotel is in a great spot for walking to restaurants, cafés, bars, and Roma Norte. I had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back. The staff made things easy throughout. The front desk was consistently warm and helpful, and available 24/7 in person or on WhatsApp. Breakfast staff were friendly and attentive each morning, and housekeeping kept my room and the shared areas spotless. The free breakfast was a nice start to the day, and the in-room espresso machines were a welcome touch. Wi-Fi was super fast, too, and I liked having smart TVs. The gym was spacious and well designed, with new machines and plenty of free weights, so it was easy to keep up with workouts.

Housekeeping was shockingly thorough. I've never seen a room cleaned so meticulously. Ubicuo was also surprisingly quiet, which made a big difference for me since Mexico City is the loudest city I've ever been in and noise is usually a problem. I slept well here. One night was louder because of a football game, with people cheering and honking all over. The patio rooms don't face the street, so they avoid street noise. The breakfast was meh, but we usually ate out, with so many great restaurants and bakeries around. The location was great, too.
