The staff were very friendly and the service was good. Nobody is there outside working hours, but they respond through the booking.com app.

Awful experience. I went there in the rain and waited outside for an hour because nobody opened the door. There wasn't even a sign to show that I'd found the right place. I hope nobody else has to stand in the rain because they won't let them in.

Great location and a nice place, with good design and all the services. But after one night I woke up itching and scratching all over.

I booked, but nobody showed up. There was no sign or information. Don't bother staying there!
