The worst service we’ve ever paid for. I booked well ahead with Mr. Raúl, who, along with his mother, was very kind. The trouble came from the other woman, Adriana, the so-called manager. She was rude through our whole stay and seemed to charge for everything, even napkins. The breakfasts were outrageously expensive, and the price hadn’t been explained to me that way. She also said we hadn’t paid in full, so I had to keep going back to sort it out and resend the payment receipts. We paid everything she asked for, even the sheets she later said had been stolen, though she had checked the rooms before the guests left. She still demanded a tip, and we gave her one. There was also an attempt to overcharge us by claiming each cabin only allowed two people, when I’d been told in advance it could hold four. In the end, she agreed to that, but the treatment stayed rude. She even turned off the lights.

The rooms are damp, though the location in town is good. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Adriana, their “supposed manager,” seemed to look for chances to get more money from us even though we’d paid for all the services. She was rude and abusive, and charged us for napkins too.
