The breakfast was pretty good, and the hotel seems like the nicest one in town. Lots of international overlanders stop here on their way through.

We needed a pet-friendly place, so this worked for our one-night stop while driving from Mexico City to Merida. The rooms were clean and modern, even though the outside looked rather bland. The free breakfast buffet was adequate. It was quite expensive if you didn't book online.

The security and the person who brought our luggage upstairs were helpful, but the room was tiny and didn't feel priced accordingly at 1400 for a single queen room. We were placed above the lobby, so it was super loud. It was my first stay here, and I don't think this will become my favorite hotel chain. A shame, since it's Mexican owned. 😔
