The nightly light is what has made it hardest to live here. They switch it on around 6 or 7 pm and leave it on until 11, and it keeps me from resting or sleeping. The salon is also rented for parties again and again, including Sundays, and the noise gets loud enough that I've had to ask them many times to turn it down. I've been here for a while, but these repeated problems have made my stay unpleasant. The Administration doesn't seem to care about tenants' rights. It's wrong, and maybe this is why people don't tend to stay for long. Thanks.

Our place was modern, clean and laid out nicely, though the beds were small and it came with only the basics. There was no shampoo or hairdryer, no AC, and just one towel per person despite having a pool. Bring your own washing powder, tea towels, milk, coffee and pepper. The rooftop views were great, and the pool, gym and security were good too. It's a bit of a walk to Condessa, but there are restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

The unit was painfully cold. We spent the time in winter coats and couldn't relax. When we asked the host for space heaters, they said the previous tenant had stolen one. That didn't make much sense to us and didn't help, so we stayed uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi barely worked, which is a deal breaker if you're trying to work, and hot water lasted only about 2-3 minutes when both showers were running. The building itself seemed nice, with a small pool and gym, and the security and reception staff were lovely. Those positives were outweighed by the cold and the internet problems.
