The owners are great and always check that you’re having a good stay. The cabin is cozy, and the location makes it easy to get around the Pachuca area. I loved it.

The cabin felt private and cozy, and everything was spotless and tidy. The couple looking after us were very kind and attentive. The room was a bit cold at first, but lighting the fireplace took care of it.

We’d stayed there five years ago and decided to come back, but this visit went badly. Mrs. Eli said she didn’t live there and had to travel to meet us, which wasn’t true. We had to change our itinerary around for her. She also first said bank transfers were accepted, then switched to cash only. The rooms are nice, but I wouldn’t return.

The owners were incredibly attentive to my wife and me, sharing recommendations for the town and checking that we had everything we needed. They made the stay just what we’d hoped for. The cabins are beautiful, spotless, and very well kept.
