I needed an invoice for my stay, but they refused to issue one for that day. They said I had to send my tax status certificate before 6 a.m.; I sent it at 11 a.m. Since getting the invoice matters to me and their rules were applied poorly, I won't stay here again. It just doesn't work for me without an invoice.

There aren’t enough places to plug in a phone in the rooms. The only outlet was in the bathroom, which was inconvenient.
