We were overrun with ants and cockroaches, and the people here are nothing but crooks. The pool and jacuzzi were filthy and didn't work. It's also a terrible place for kids: there was glass around the pool, and my child got cut inside the pool because the tile was cracked and broken. The ceiling light actually fell down in the restroom. The washer and dryer were completely out of order, and the dining table and chairs were falling apart. I've never experienced beds this poor. This is easily one of the worst hotels in Mazatlan. Stay away!
The pool was very dirty, and the cleaning service was poor and made the stay awful and uncomfortable. They did clean, but only around the middle of the stay. The refrigerator was filthy inside and out, and the kitchen wasn't clean either. In the restroom there were dead cockroaches and spider webs. My wife and I ended up stressed instead of relaxed, so I won't be back.
We were completely satisfied. I'd definitely come back without a doubt.
No towels were provided, and the housekeeping was very poor.
I love staying here.
