The hosts were so welcoming, and there was a very cute cat 🐈⬛. The B&B is charming and well run, with roomy, clean bedrooms, comfy beds and daily housekeeping. Breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty each morning. There’s an Oxxo close by, too. It’s a bit of a walk to the city center and back, but Uber is cheap in Merida, so that wasn’t an issue. Muchas gracias 😊

We only had one night, arriving around 10 pm, and the place was peaceful and quiet. We slept well. In the morning, our kind hostess kept our gear for us while we went birding. I just wish we’d had longer to enjoy how restful it seemed.

The host was friendly and easygoing, and breakfast was quite good. We also really appreciated having the pool to cool off from the city heat. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the center, and the place is a little removed from the city's hustle, which suited us. We felt safe walking back at night every evening and had no problems.

Breakfast was delicious, and there’s a shop 200m down the street. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, and spoke great English, which is really not easy to come across in Mexico. The rooms are tastefully decorated with Mexican motifs, with comfortable beds and hot water. Lovely property, fairly close to the city center of Merida.

The owners live on site and were so kind and accommodating. Everything was clean and well looked after, with lots of small touches that made the place special. We loved having a delicious breakfast by the pool. We stayed one night on January 30, 2023, while passing through on the way to the Merida airport and needing somewhere to stay. What a lovely little place. I’d stay again in a heartbeat!
