The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had, and this is a very good hotel. A few things let it down: the internet was slow, and the shower was weak, slow to heat, and not very hot even once it warmed up. The towels were musty, and the elevators were slow, so we used the stairs. You wouldn't want to be on a high floor. Try the cute Korean place in the mall next door.

I've traveled to over 800 cities around the world, and this place feels right. It's very family friendly, and I'll stay here again. There's a good hot breakfast, free laundry access on the top floor, and free garage parking. It's right beside a large, beautiful park with boat rides and rental bikes. The hotel elevators are fast, and the building is attached to a food court, with convenience stores, salons, barber shops, and restaurants right next door.

We had a great stay. The city view from the lobby terrace is great, and the staff were friendly and the rooms nice. It's a very good location, within walking distance of paseo Santa Lucia and Luztopia, and close to restaurants and stores. Recommended A++

The food is delicious, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Everything was super clean, too. Great location, close to tourist spots.

A good place to stay in Monterrey, with a clean, quiet room, a nice view around the city, and excellent service. Breakfast could be better. Holiday Inn Express can do better.
