Only one elevator was running, and getting to my floor meant waiting 5-10 minutes. The room was dirty, with messy looking carpet and filthy curtains, and the restroom and hallway floors weren’t clean either. The restaurant didn’t have any decent breakfast choices. For the price, the stay fell well below what I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless they make serious improvements to cleanliness and service.

The location is convenient and the staff were polite, but the maintenance and cleanliness need a lot of work. There was a used face mask on the floor when I entered, so the room clearly hadn’t been checked carefully. The AC didn’t work overnight, the fridge quit, and the safe was locked and unusable. Only one elevator was running, which meant long waits. I reported a lamp that first night and was told someone would come, but nobody did. I called again the next day and they came quickly to fix it. On day two, both key cards suddenly stopped working, so I had to return to the front desk to get them reactivated.

The lobby gets pretty loud, and the elevators move slowly. Still, it was a good stay overall, with lots of space and great views of Monterrey. I’d come back on another trip to Monterrey.

This was the worst stay I’ve had so far in monterrey mexico, definitely a one-star hotel. One elevator was out, so I had to take the stairs all weekend to the 7th floor. Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, but the room wasn’t ready until 5pm, and it wasn’t the room I’d booked. There weren’t any towels or shower caps in the room either.
