It’s fantastic value for the price: clean, modern rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were lovely, all friendly and spoke great English compared with my Spanish. They answered my annoying tourist questions with a smile, and one person even rushed my laundry through the same day for free, although I dropped it off hours past the cutoff. The breakfast buffet was just what I wanted, and no more than I expected. The gym and pool are there, though they lack a bit. It’s not on the beach, but buses and taxis pass constantly, so getting around is easy. If you want direct beach access, a bigger pool, a nicer gym, and a wider restaurant menu, it’ll cost you 3x as much per night. I’m not here to hang out at the hotel, but you could be happy doing that. This was excellent for me.

I paid for my room ahead of time and even called to confirm they had the specific one I’d reserved. When I arrived, they said it wasn’t available. Since I’d purchased a Master Room, they could only downgrade me. The staff had no explanation for why the room I’d reserved and paid for in advance was gone. The only explanation I got was that they sold my room. I’ll never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The view and beds were nice, and they had a pool and workout machines. The employees were really nice too and helped us with a taxi and other things. We couldn’t open the windows. One day, I noticed some red dots on our bed, like blood or something. We asked if they could fix it, but when we came back, it was still there. That’s why I’m giving it 3 stars.

The sheets didn’t look clean, and they only left a partly used roll of toilet paper.

The front desk and restaurant teams were friendly and professional. My room was comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent.
