We left after just one night, even though we had booked two nights by phone beforehand. On arrival, we were told we'd have to change rooms the next day because someone else had booked ours. The customer service was awful, and the room itself was in bad shape: dirty sheets, a damp smell, and lots of cockroaches. I found two more in my belongings after we left. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We left after spending only about two hours there, and they still kept part of what I paid for the night. The first room had a dirty bed and broken cable, with the AC blowing from right beside the bed at the same height. They moved us to a larger room that looked fine, but the internet barely worked except for a little signal in the bathroom. Then the cable went out there too, and the noisy AC kept going. Just get an Airbnb instead. I can't give zero stars, but the experience was awful.

You get a lot for the price here. It's a great hotel, and I'd definitely recommend it.

I really liked the terrace and its pong table. The location is excellent, and the landscape is beautiful.
