The AC worked fine, and the room was surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable, but there were stains on the carpet and chair, and we weren't given even the basic things like towels. The airport location is convenient, though there's a lot of construction nearby. Service was the worst I've had at a hotel that's supposed to be three stars. We were given the wrong room, and when we went back to fix it, the woman who'd helped us didn't apologize. She made odd faces and barely made eye contact, as if we were bothering her. The next morning, we had only one bath towel, so I called the front desk. The orange-haired woman said there was nobody to bring towels up, she didn't know if any were available, and I would have to come down so she could check. I asked her to check and call me back, but she said I should call again because she was too busy “workin”. I eventually got towels easily from a friendly man at the front, since I wanted to avoid another encounter with that irritating young woman.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The lights wouldn't work, even with the card that's supposed to turn them on. The food was garbage, with no vegetarian options, and the dishes shown in their pictures weren't available. I got a warm salad with warm ranch. After I posted my review, the rating jumped from 2.5 to 4.3, so I suspect they're removing reviews or adding fake ones to raise it. Judging by the comments, they'll just say they're sorry and change nothing. I'm going to make a video so my followers and others know not to stay here.

Breakfast was incredible, and they upgraded me to a very large room, basically an apartment. The hotel was great, and I'd definitely come back if I return to MTY.

I loved this hotel. The staff were super friendly and worked around all my needs. Everything was extremely clean, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious and really cheap. The A/C worked perfectly too. I need a very cold room all the time, and being there felt like heaven!
