We were there for around 10 days, and the pool and mini gym on the third floor were a welcome surprise. We used them a lot, and the rooftop terrace was a favorite for looking out at the mountains. The room was very clean and well equipped, with fresh, comfortable sheets every day. It had air conditioning, a TV, and a fridge, plus a large bathroom sink area for toiletries and makeup and a big walk-in shower. As visitors from the UK, we were a little nervous about booking a small hotel instead of a chain like Holiday Inn, but we’re glad we chose De Firma. The staff consistently impressed us with their service and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They were available 24/7 to answer questions in English or Spanish. If you’re deciding between De Firma and a larger brand, we’d recommend De Firma. For an independent hotel, it really aims for luxury and guest satisfaction.

The rooms are clean, though a few had a strong damp smell. It’s a basic hotel in south Monterrey city, reasonably priced, and continental breakfast is included.

The rooftop deck is great, with a pool, ping-pong, and volleyball. The rooms are wide and spacious, with beautiful bathrooms. Great location and even better amenities, especially for the price.

The location is near downtown, the price was the best, and the place was very clean and following state guidelines. The staff were friendly and professional, and I had the best experience by far. This is the best place you can stay in monterrey, and I’ll keep booking here.

I loved my room, which was lovely, tidy, and had a window. The bathroom was excellent, and I also really liked the terrace and gym. Best of all was the service from the red-haired girl, who’s always attentive and kind. The one disappointment was the treadmill, which wasn’t working when I was looking forward to using it.
