A lot of crime around here, and the place is dirty!!!!

It was okay.

The mattresses were awful, with holes and springs sticking out, and the whole place was filthy. They don't even sweep. The sheets were dirty and the towels stiff. Online, the price wasn't what we were charged: a room without air conditioning is $750, or $950 with it. I stayed at night on September 27th, in room #110. Please don't come here.

The parking lot is around the corner, and you have to ask for a key every single time you want to get in. Inside, the room was dirty, with hard mattresses and dirty sheets. The TV only gets one news channel, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the window wouldn't close. They put a lightbulb on top of a fan, and the so-called closet has no hanging space. The receptionist was useless. It's not worth the price; I wouldn't pay even half.

The staff were friendly, and at least there was running water and a fan that worked perfectly. It's also very close to the subway, so getting around the city is easy from there. But the stay wasn't worth $1,800 pesos per night. We didn't stay at the Tecate hotel, and with demand so high, the room cost us that much. Surprisingly, it was the cheapest option, though hotels in the area tend to get much more expensive when demand rises, so I'd recommend looking ahead. The facilities are very old and somewhat neglected. Our sheets were dirty, there was a cockroach in the room that looked like it had been dead for a long time, and they just wouldn't pick it up. There's no room service or air conditioning, and the parking lot is outside the hotel. The area isn't exactly pretty.
