Don't rent here. It's a terrible place to live, so don't be fooled or waste your time. They don't return the deposit, there's a lot of mold, and you have to pay for maintenance for anything that happens to the apartment. The hot water they promise isn't there, and they delete WhatsApp conversations to avoid problems. The bathroom installation is awful. The brothers Edmundo and the other two just pass responsibility around, and they use their family problems as an excuse. They even wrote in the comments below that this is a good place to live, haha. It's expensive, and the rent goes up fast. You can find something better for what they charge.

It's been six months since I moved out, and I still haven't received my deposit. They don't answer my calls or messages either. The building and the area around it both need maintenance.

I would never recommend this place. The walls aren't concrete, there are no assigned parking spots, and the old man across the street is a nuisance. It's a terrible place to be, and the rent is too expensive for the service. It seems more suited to laborers and “low-class” people than students.

The apartments are comfortable to live in and well built, and the location is excellent. Highly recommended.

It's a peaceful neighborhood, and the place is made with very good materials. I recommend it 100%.
