Three cockroaches showed up in our room, and when we asked reception for help, even just pest control or another fix, they replied, “What do you want me to do?” That was the worst part, but the whole stay fell short for the price. The standard rooms get extremely hot and have no fans, and reception was basically useless at solving anything. I can’t recommend it. It’s not worth the cost, especially with much better options around.

The rooms are roomy, and the beds were clean and pretty comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and they don’t tack on extra charges for things that some other hotels charge a fortune for. It’s only a few blocks from the historic center, and tours can pick you up right at the hotel. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a terrible stay while I was on a work trip. There were lots of cockroaches in the room, and it seemed like they don’t fumigate. We also had no hot water. When we brought that up, they said, “We can’t do anything; it happens because everyone showers at the same time.” 😳 The reception staff’s service was terrible. The food and breakfast were overpriced and didn’t taste good, either. We asked for invoices for the two of us, but they issued one for two people, and when we requested a correction, they said it wasn’t possible. I absolutely don’t recommend this place.

For the price and the level of service they promise, I expected more care. I found a cockroach in my room and asked staff to deal with it, but their response was limited and they offered no real fix. I went to sleep still worried the problem hadn’t been handled.
