The staff are what make this place great. “Danifer” at reception was excellent, bringing extra towels when we asked and filling our water bottle before we headed out. She understood English perfectly but patiently let us practice our Spanish. Breakfast was fantastic and included, made by Blanca, and the WiFi worked well. The hotel is a great little find near the Historic District, set on a quiet side street, with a lovely rooftop patio for relaxing. Everything was clean, but the rooms were tiny and the bathrooms ridiculously small. I'd recommend it.

Reception was good, and this seems like a decent place for a night or two. The room and bathroom were both very small, and there was no air conditioning. It's a bit of a walk from centro, and finding a place to unload your bags could be difficult.

Friendly staff and a clean room at a nice hotel near Romance st! My room was on the floor, so I could hear guests chatting over breakfast. I was concerned when I found there was no AC, but honestly, it stayed pretty cool at night.

The terrace has a great view, and the location is fantastic. The place is very clean, with minimalist decor and great art on the walls. Staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was nice and free.

Good location and inexpensive accommodation. The staff were very nice and helpful, and there was a nice cafe area where I could work remotely. At night, though, I heard a lot of street noise and other guests through the thin walls.
