The pool was well maintained, and the rooms were decent and comfortable. But roaches kept showing up between the plates in the breakfast food area every morning during all three days of our stay. They were still alive each time. It really put us off eating there.

The pictures online are misleading. I stayed for one night in March and gave the place another try, but never again. The AC didn't work, and there was no hot running water. The man at the office told us to wait 30 minutes for it to warm up, but that didn't help. There were socks hanging on a hanger, the room hadn't been cleaned, and there was hair in the shower. Water from the shower also leaked into the room.

We booked in a rush after a flight got lost, since our new plans meant taking a bus for the last part of the trip. It's conveniently close to the Greyhound bus station. The place was clean, quiet, and secure, and the staff were professional and helpful.

The restaurant service is great, and the waiters are really nice. The food was a little better the last time I came, but it was still good this time. The rooms are clean, though the cleaning products have a strong, unpleasant smell. You can hear EVERY noise from the bathroom and the other rooms...*sigh*

I picked it because it's fairly close to UANL, about 15 minutes away. I had a good stay, and the manager on duty let me switch my booking from one bed to a double at no extra charge. I'd booked through an external app for about 1,000 pesos a night. The room was nice and clean, and breakfast was free, though nothing fancy. I didn't like the greenish pool water, so I didn't use it. Parking is limited, so arriving late might mean there's no spot.
