A clean place in a good location, and the woman is friendly. Sometimes they even put a fan in your room. The prices are the part I don’t like: I’ve been charged $550, $500, $450, and $600, even though the receipt shows a lower amount. They should post a sign outside so people know it’s a hotel, and have fixed prices.

Casa del Centro is just a few blocks from downtown Morelia, with services and points of interest easy to reach. The rooms are comfortable and in excellent condition, and the bathrooms are kept clean. The internet is fast and reliable, which matters if you need to work or study online, and it’s handy that personal hygiene items are available to buy. The staff were friendly and professional from the moment I arrived, and ready to help with requests. The administration deserves credit for its commitment and management, which help keep the quality and service high. Guests should also do their part to keep the shared areas and bathrooms clean for everyone. I found it a pleasant, dependable place to stay and highly recommend it as a quality option in Morelia.

At 11:35 PM, the owner from reception was walking around with his kids, playing and making noise in the room all night. They kept turning on the hallway lights too. They didn’t let me sleep, and it was really annoying. I’m not kidding, what’s up with that?
