The staff were lovely and friendly. One thing, there’s a really loud club across the street, so ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

The suite had plenty of space, breakfast was good, and the service felt welcoming. Sleep was less comfortable: the bed was a bit stiff, and the nightclub across the street made a lot of noise. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable, with no coverage on the third floor and a spotty signal elsewhere.

Breakfast comes with the stay, and there’s a TV in each room. The junior suites have separate sleeping areas and can fit up to eight people. The rooms are nice and larger than those in most hotels.

I first found this place during a stay in Morelia years ago. From the outside it doesn’t look like much, but the service is excellent and the staff are courteous. It’s a small family-run hotel, with very large, clean, apartment-like rooms, good views, and modern amenities like a large smart TV and an in-room safe. The location is exceptional and the price is very affordable. I’ve stayed here on every visit to Morelia for the past 10 years, and I’ll be back again. I recommend it without hesitation. I’m a traveler from Seattle, USA.
