We arrived to find Hotel Valentina closed, even though my husband and I had booked 5 nights there. We were left on the street at night in a city we didn’t know, which was disappointing and frustrating. Thankfully we managed to book a room at the ALAMEDA HOTEL. Our experience there has been wonderful. The staff are very friendly and their customer service is excellent. I truly recommend it.

There’s a step and a ramp at the entrance, but accessibility in the rooms is limited. They need to make the rooms easier to use for people in wheelchairs.

The room was spotless, the AC worked perfectly, and the third floor was completely quiet. Misses Marlene and Jackeline took great care of my family, responded to all our requests, and were very professional. I wouldn’t recommend room 111. It faces the street and is noisy all day, and it’s near the kitchen, where you can hear the buffet being prepared from six in the morning.
