I’m pretty particular about hotels, but I had no complaints here. The staff were friendly and ready to help.

Shopping is easy from here, with Plaza de Las Americas and the furniture and big box stores close by. The place was clean and comfortable, breakfast was included and really good, and the front desk staff were welcoming and flexible.

The location is great, but there’s no air conditioning in any of the rooms. Morelia’s weather is lovely, I get that, but if you need A/C, this probably isn’t the hotel for you. Call them first if you’re unsure.

The portions are large, so it may suit you if that’s what you want. I remember the food being good, but these days the quality isn’t the best.

I was really disappointed. The photos and description are inaccurate, and the prices are even higher than expected for a two-star hotel. I’d rather get breakfast at another restaurant.
