My family was amazed by this beautiful historic hotel with its vintage feel, and they had a comfortable stay. I have no complaints about the staff or food, and the hotel even offered not to charge us for using the dining room after a booking problem. I'd reserved all eight rooms at Suites San Miguel for my wedding. I confirmed by email that we wanted the eighth room, but somehow it wasn't held for my guest, which caused a big problem at check-in. My guests managed to work it out. Aside from that, the experience was great. Thank you, Suites San Miguel.

The bed was really hard, and the room didn't match the photos. I expected a view of the cathedral, but we didn't get one. We stayed less than an hour and asked for a refund, but only got half our money back. Very disappointing.
