We had a family emergency and had to leave two days early. The hotel refused to refund the nights we’d already paid for but wouldn’t use. We said we’d be back in about three weeks and would accept credit toward another stay, but the lobby attendant wouldn’t offer a voucher either. The customer service was horrible, especially during the difficult times of COVID. The hotel company really needs to rethink what hospitality means. I wouldn’t recommend this place to friends or family. You’re better off at the nearby Best Western. The security guard outside was a bright spot. He patiently answered our questions, suggested places to eat, helped us get a taxi, and brought paid bottles of water to our room. The lobby attendant, who also handled the bell, was very rude. Whenever we called from the room to ask something, he made us feel like we were bothering him.

It felt cozy and was really nice overall, though a few of the rooms could use some improvements.

The drinks were nice, and the food was delicious. It wasn't too expensive either.
