Maja Hotel Boutique

Josue helped us check in at 2am, and we’re very grateful. He was understanding, compassionate, and professional, and did his best to meet our needs. The hotel itself is lovely and very clean. Our room had a panoramic view of the city, including the majestic cathedral, and the amenities were great.

What a great stay! My wife and I had massages, and the drinks were amazing. It’s a real hidden gem, and the price worked perfectly for me. Just a note, I booked through a third party website.

Morelia’s people were so welcoming, and we felt safe the whole time. We loved exploring the region’s culture and history, and enjoyed plenty of great food, drinks, and local experiences. Our nine-day trip was wonderful, with Maja Boutique Hotel as one of the highlights. The hotel overlooks a beautiful part of the city, and the staff made us feel at home from the start. We arrived late in the evening, and Josue welcomed us and helped us get settled. Marlon gave us excellent recommendations while serving us, Yvonne made fantastic cocktails, and Carlos added a special touch with Mexican folk music on his guitar. Alan, the operations director, also went out of his way to make us comfortable. Those are just a few of the people who made our visit so memorable. Everyone on the team did a phenomenal job. We’re already looking forward to going back. I’d highly recommend Morelia and staying at Maja Boutique Hotel.

The food is delicious, and the rooms are beautiful, clean, and quiet. The service was way beyond what I’d expect. Coming here feels like an experience, and it was worth every penny.
