We couldn’t get a decent night’s sleep here. We chose a room at the back to avoid traffic noise, but around 10 pm people were partying, playing loud music, and sitting in lawn chairs outside our room. Management did nothing, so we had to move rooms in the middle of the night to get away from the noise. The beds felt like concrete with sheets over them, the rooms were dirty, and breakfast was marginal at best. This feels more like a drive-up motel than a hotel. We definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. Go to the Best Western instead, it’s night and day better.

The first time I stayed here it was a cozy, great place. This visit was disappointing: there was no internet for my whole stay, the beds were really hard, and the room smelled strange when we arrived.

It took maintenance only three minutes to unclog our shower drain, but they left the flooded floor unwiped and my clothes were soaked. Guests were also smoking outside our door, and there was a lot of noise between midnight and 2 am. The room itself was very clean.

The mattresses are rock hard, and cleaning and maintenance seem poor. Even the non-smoking rooms smell like tobacco.

Dec-Feb is when people should visit Mexico. I love Mexico, and everyone should go every year. If you don’t, you’re missing out on the fun. The hotel was a decent place in a good spot.
