I booked a Master Suite for December 12-16, but the room I got at check-in was dirty and smelled bad. I reported it right away. They said there were no other Master Suites, so they moved me down to a Junior Suite, which had problems too. Management told me to email about a refund for the downgrade. I sent that on December 12, but by January 30 there was still no refund or reply, even after I followed up several times. My family had three rooms during the same stay and ran into similar room problems. When they asked to switch, the front desk employee was repeatedly rude and unprofessional. The only staff who stood out positively were one night-shift receptionist and the door attendant on Saturday, December 13. Otherwise, management and staff seemed disorganized, unaccountable, and short on basic customer service. Until they deal with cleanliness, training, and accountability, I'd avoid this place.

The room didn't feel clean at all. There were white marks on the bedspread, and the carpet had what looked like milk or some other dairy stain. It hadn't been vacuumed after the previous guests, either. There were bits of tape on the ceiling where party streamers had apparently been, with another piece left on the carpet. The receptionists also never seemed friendly or welcoming, more like you were bothering them. It's a shame, because the place is nice otherwise and could be a perfect stay with an update.

A few years ago this was a really nice, clean hotel, but our recent stay was disappointing. The rooms had dirty carpet and blankets, and the blinds were broken. The lobby door was broken and dirty too, and the floor there needed cleaning. The staff were okay, though they never smiled, as if they thought you'd ask for something free if they did. If you plan to use the pool, bring clothes you don't mind getting dirty.

Don't let the "business class" label fool you. This was the worst hotel I've ever visited. It's supposed to be top tier, yet it's badly maintained, dirty, and has mold in the shower and roaches. I attached photos for reference.
