The condo was clean and very spacious, and working with Ricardo, the Vacasa property manager, was easy. He communicated well and dealt with our issues quickly. The property needs attention, though. The sink in the master bedroom leaked, as did the second bedroom toilet, so we had to wait for maintenance during our vacation. The master mattress was the worst I’ve slept on, extremely firm, like tile. They provided only the bare minimum of towels and linens regardless of stay length. There was a “steam washer/dryer” in the suite, but the listing didn’t say whether we could use it. We couldn’t work it out, there were no instructions, and it kept showing an error, so we had to drive to a laundromat. There were no beach chairs or umbrella either, even though the beach is right across the way. We left our pool floaties for the next guests. As others have said, the transparent blinds offer no evening privacy and should be upgraded. We were very disappointed by the fitness facility listing, since it isn’t a fitness facility at all. We wouldn’t have booked if the photos had been accurate. Nitta condo’s rooftop pool photos are also misleading, as those pools belong to private suites and aren’t for public use. There’s a great view from the rooftop, but only two chairs for the entire building, and smoking is allowed up there. It’s a basic condo with little to add to a vacation.

Vacasa manages Condo nitta, but the units aren’t clean and they don’t provide washers or dryers. The complex has no amenities, isn’t a place for parties, and you can’t listen to music there. Management is hard to reach and unresponsive, and most of the time the units aren’t cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The shared pool and common area are great, and the beach is only a two-minute walk away. This is a nice one-bedroom on the fourth floor. It’s $139 a night, with long-term and monthly rentals available.

We stayed in an amazing two-bedroom condo, with what felt like two master bedrooms set far apart from each other. The place was well maintained and clean, and I loved the underground parking because the car stayed shaded.

We came for a four-week vacation and found Unit 209 at Nitta Condos far short of its online description as an “upscale condo” and “snowbird friendly.” The washer and dryer had been removed, with no plan to replace them. There was an owner-versus-renter feeling, and we didn’t feel welcome. The showers drained poorly, there were very few hangers, no large dinner plates, and only two dish towels. The air conditioning smelled unpleasant, the coating was lifting off the fry pans, and we had no internet for a week. Neither VRBO nor Vacasa helped. Ricardo Ramirez, the manager, was sympathetic but couldn’t do much. We’ve always been happy booking through VRBO before this. We love Nuevo Vallarta and plan to return next year for a longer stay, but never to Nitta Condos, and we won’t recommend it to friends or family.
