Room 403 was nice, but the bed was full of bed bugs. They moved me to room 303, and it had the same problem. I had to leave and stay at another hotel. This was December 12 to 26, 2025.

It's a small, cute hotel in a really good spot. The rooms are huge, and mine even had a walk-in closet. I'd highly recommend it.

Our room faced the marina, and we spent time on the roomy balcony with its chairs, table, and lounge, watching the boats go by. The hotel is peaceful and very nice, with spacious rooms since the building used to be condos. Staff were helpful, and bottled water and pop were available at the hotel for 20 pesos per 500 ml bottle. We went to the nearby Oxxo for a large 17-litre bottle of water, which cost 43 pesos; they also had lots of food and drinks at reasonable prices. For bigger shopping trips, we took a 130-peso taxi. Prices were much lower than at Sunset Market in Paradise Plaza, across the marina, which you can reach by a 30-peso water taxi. On the north side there are also shops, restaurants, a Subway, and a McDonald's for hotel guests. I'd definitely recommend staying here and booking direct.

Right on the marina and just up from the beach, this place has a restaurant with exquisite food. They make the drinks right in front of you, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was huge, with an amazing view, a wraparound balcony, lots of windows, a big living room, a dining room with a table for six, and a full kitchen. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel welcome and helped with every part of my stay. It felt like home, and was one of the most accommodating, amazing stays I've had. Don't be put off by the price, they could easily charge five times as much and it'd still be worth every peso. I could go on forever. I can't wait to get back. Simply magical!
