I stayed with my family for about five nights. The front desk charged us for restaurant service and the difference in the hotel cost from the Priceline package. When I got home, I saw two identical transactions for 192.00 each. I called my credit card company, expecting only one charge, and they disputed one with the hotel. The hotel said both charges were correct, so I wasn't refunded. I then asked the hotel for transaction documents so I could check that I hadn't misunderstood. The front office woman, whose identity I know, wouldn't give me her name or her manager's name. She just asked me to call back later. I'm really disappointed. Why charge the exact same amount twice? I have family in San Luis who can go there and ask someone to show proof of the transactions. I feel they overcharged me and made it look as though I'd approved both charges, knowing I live elsewhere. Please don't use this hotel.

Don't expect much. You might be treated very badly. During an earlier stay, they burned one of my shirts. I trusted them and came back, only to get poor service with a basic request. After housekeeping had left the previous guest's water bottle unreplaced, I asked for one, and ended up buying it myself because they couldn't send anyone to bring it.

The restaurant service was good, and the rooms were roomy with comfortable beds. It's also close to San Luis historic downtown, where you can go for coffee or drinks. For someone driving in from Mexico city for an overnight stop, the location is handy, right by the exit.

The rooms were nice and clean, but the pool was cold. Restaurant service wasn't good, though Pau, the cook, seemed to be the only one working there. I also found a bit of plastic bag in the beef.

The staff were very nice, and there's a lot available here: room service, laundry, a gym, a pool, and airport transportation. My king-size room had carpet, a couch, an iron, a hair dryer, and a 50-inch TV, plus Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and two complimentary water bottles each day. There's also an in-hotel restaurant with a buffet, and the food was very good.
