We've stayed for a month last year and two weeks this year, and we're hoping to return next year. It's clearly a favorite for us. The beach is a big reason, especially with the grandkids. The surf is gentler than anywhere else around, and the shore slopes so gradually that it's about 50 metres before the water reaches waist depth. The sand is soft and free of rocks, great for kids with buckets and shovels. There are lots of loungers, though unless you arrive early you may be three rows back. You can walk for miles along the beach. The three huge pools are excellent. The one by the beach isn't heated. The middle pool is heated and has a very shallow entry at one end for toddlers. The third, in front of the hotel, is heated too and usually quieter. The grounds and pools are kept in excellent shape, with staff constantly cleaning, gardening, and tidying up. Security seems alert and is never far away. The loungers can be frustrating, since people claim them at sunrise and then are gone for much of the day. Villa Magna is also fairly remote, with few shops or dinner spots within an easy walk. Taxis are relatively cheap and arrive quickly when requested at the front gate. Hotel food and drink options are available to condo guests a la carte, and there's also a small snack bar with great drinks and decent food at a reasonable price. Each condo's quality depends on its owner, but the building itself is always pristine, like the grounds.

The beach is fantastic, with soft sand you can walk along for miles in either direction. This complex has a large hotel on the same grounds, and its beach and pool areas are consistently clean and well cared for. It has three of the biggest pools I've ever seen at a complex 👍🏼

We've stayed in three different rentals here, and each was very well kept. There are great places to rent or buy, and our condo manager was awesome and responsive, with lots of tips about saving money and where to go. La Comber was the best place to get groceries, and the mall has bank machines if you need cash. The pools are good for kids, the beaches are groomed, and the bathrooms are clean. There's a private drink and food spot by the cold pool run by a really nice family. Their service was good, and if you pay for a shot, you get a shot, not just a splash. The elevator was out for a few hours, but maintenance got it fixed quickly. The hotel restaurants had good food and service, to be fair, but we had a bad experience with the hotel passes this time, literally over being served a coffee. We used to get those passes, but I wouldn't recommend them. I'm not sure whether we'll come back. I like it here, but I'd like to see other parts of NV or PV.

We only stayed for the weekend, but it was a wonderful experience. The beach was lovely and the pools were amazing. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.

We had a great time mostly hanging out by the pools and on the beach. One day, whales were jumping in the bay right in front of our condo, close enough for me to get good phone pictures. We also saw baby sea turtles being released and spotted stingrays. Beach towels were provided free, and chairs and umbrellas at the beach and pool were free too. Most were taken early, but a few were always left. The five-bedroom condo was spacious enough to sleep 12, with fantastic views. It was extremely clean, and the staff were friendly and quick to help with problems. We were there with extended family. The listing could have been clearer: some of the buildings are part of an all-inclusive resort, while a few towers are condos. The bar and grill by the pools is open to the public. You can also eat and drink at the resort restaurants and bars, but you pay à la carte. I found that a bit pricey, so we mostly ate at the grill or in the condo. All-inclusive day passes were available too, but we didn't buy any. We found Sunset Market in a proper shopping mall nearby, an inexpensive, quick Uber ride away. I wish we'd found it sooner, since it had pretty much everything we needed. There were also several very good restaurants in the mall, along with McDonalds, Subway, and Dominos. Lots of shopping, mostly tourist stuff, as you'd expect.
